Börek Rolls
with Herder's Cheese

Our Börek is a mysterious treasure, woven in layers of dough and filling. These rolls are made from thin filo or yufka dough, which is first brushed with sauce before being skillfully shaped and cut into small rolls.
The sauce includes Mizithra cheese, cream cheese, and chives. Allow yourself to be transported into the depths of this culinary wonder.
