Our Pide with beef is a masterpiece, shaped from dough and love. For the perfect fluffy dough base, we let the yeast dough rest for a few hours before baking, giving it the crispy exterior that is so characteristic of our Pide. The sauce is made from minced beef, onions, crushed tomatoes, and spices.

PREPARATIONS

The preparation recommendation may vary depending on the device. 

 

Oven with top/bottom heat:

To 200 °C, oven with convection 180 °C, 10-12 minutes.

 

Microwave: 

600 watts 1-2 minutes

 

**Do not refreeze after defrosting.
